1. Who is responsible

ZedSIM operates this storefront and is responsible for the personal information described here. For privacy questions or requests, contact [email protected]. The operator’s legal entity and postal address should be added here once confirmed.

2. Information we use

• Account information: your email address, username and account credentials.
• Order information: the plan you select, order reference, payment and fulfilment status, and the eSIM installation details associated with your order.
• Review information: the rating, title, review text and optional display name you submit for a fulfilled order. A published review is shown publicly with its selected display name (or as “Verified ZedSIM customer”), rating, review text, and the associated destination and publication date.
• Support correspondence: information you choose to include when you contact our team.
• Chat support: messages you send to the automated assistant or our support team, and any name or email address you choose to provide for a follow-up. A private chat access token is stored in your browser so you can reopen the conversation.
• Email marketing preferences: your promotional email consent and the campaigns sent to an address you provided or that is associated with your account.
• Essential technical data: information required to deliver pages, protect the service and maintain account sessions.

Payments are processed by Stripe. ZedSIM does not receive or store your full payment-card number through the checkout integration.

3. Why we use information

We use information to create and protect accounts, take and manage orders, request eSIM fulfilment, deliver installation details, moderate and publish reviews linked to fulfilled orders, answer support requests (including chat), manage marketing preferences and send promotional email only where consent is recorded, meet legal obligations and protect the service from fraud or abuse. Chat messages and optional contact details are available to our support staff and retained as needed to respond and maintain support records. Reviews remain unpublished until approved by our team. Contact us to ask about changing or removing a review; updates to a published review are checked again before republication.

4. Service providers and international processing

We share only the information needed with service providers that help operate the service. These include Stripe for payment processing, our connectivity supplier for eSIM fulfilment, email and hosting providers for communications and infrastructure, and Google Fonts to deliver website typefaces. Your browser may send technical request data, such as its IP address, to these providers when it loads their services. Providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Their processing is subject to their own privacy terms and applicable safeguards.

5. Retention and security

We retain account and order records for as long as needed to provide the service, support customers, resolve disputes and meet legal or accounting obligations. We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your password and eSIM installation codes private.

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive a copy of your personal information, or to object to certain uses. You can update some account details in your account settings and contact [email protected] to make a privacy request. We may need to verify your identity before responding. You can unsubscribe from promotional email using its unsubscribe link.

7. Cookies and third-party links

We use essential cookies for account sessions, security and remembering that you dismissed the cookie notice. We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. The hosted Stripe checkout and third-party services may use their own technologies under their own policies. See our cookie policy.
