1. Choose a plan for your destination
Browse available plans and compare the destination, data allowance, validity and price shown on each plan. Check any plan-specific conditions before you buy, and make sure your phone supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked.
2. Place your order
Sign in or create an account to continue to checkout. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Once payment is confirmed, you can follow your order in your ZedSIM account.
3. Find your eSIM details
When your eSIM is ready, its QR code and available installation instructions appear with the order in your account. We also send an email when the eSIM is ready. If you do not see the email, check your spam folder and your order status.
4. Install and connect
Use a reliable Wi-Fi connection and follow the instructions shown for your eSIM and device. Review the plan’s activation details before travel: activation and validity rules can differ between plans. If the plan requires a setting such as data roaming, use the instructions supplied with that plan.
Your eSIM QR code and activation details are sensitive. Do not share them or post them publicly. See our setup guide for more preparation tips.
